The figures represent all lawyers actively practicing during this time frame.

NCBE’s July 2025 Bar Exam Results show that Utah recorded the nation’s highest overall bar passage rate at 86%.

On April 1, 2026, average lawyer salaries in Arizona ranged from $95,825 for entry-level lawyers (Attorney I) handling routine assignments to $242,617 for attorneys with extensive experience overseeing highly complex legal matters (Attorney V).
