The data reflects lawyers who maintained active status during this time frame.

The NCBE’s July 2025 Bar Exam Results showed Utah led the nation with an 86% overall bar passage rate.

As of March 1, 2026, average lawyer salaries in Arizona ranged from $95,830 for entry-level attorneys (Attorney I) handling routine cases to $242,565 for highly experienced attorneys (Attorney V) working on complex matters independently. Attorneys in Attorney III positions, who manage complex cases with moderate supervision, earned an average of $179,573 in Arizona, slightly below the national average of $187,524.
