Sanpete County had one gas station selling diesel gas at the lowest price of $3.25 per gallon during the week ending Dec. 20, 2025, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.
The average reported price of diesel gas across the county was $3.54 per gallon.
Sanpete County had five of 19 reported gas stations offering diesel gas.
Across Utah, the average reported price for a gallon of diesel gas fell to $3.42, compared to the week before.
U.S. gas prices continue to decline after reaching their lowest level since 2021, according to GasBuddy. The group projects the national average could dip below $2.80 per gallon during the holiday period, driven by increased oil production and lower seasonal demand.
