Of the 316 people living in Leamington in 2019, 48.7 percent (154) were women and 51.3 percent (162) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central Utah News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 62-to-59. In the 65 and over age range, there were 33 females and 37 males.
