Of the 263 people living in Koosharem in 2019, 49.8 percent (131) were women and 50.2 percent (132) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central Utah News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 44-to-41. In the 65 and over age range, there were 28 females and 33 males.
