Notice of Public Hearing – Impact Fees

  PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore City Council of Fillmore, Utah, will hold a public hearing to consider adopting, enacting, and/or modifying a written impact fee analysis and an impact fee enactment ordinance for its culinary water system; a written impact fee analysis and an impact fee enactment ordinance for its wastewater system; and updated capital facilities plans for both culinary water and wastewater. The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at 6:45 p.m. in the Fillmore City Council Chambers, located at 75 West Center Street, Fillmore, Utah. Fillmore City has prepared the Fillmore City Culinary Water System Impact Fee Analysis and Fillmore City Wastewater System Impact Fee Analysis, including reference to a summary of the analyses designed to be understood by a lay person, and proposed impact fee enactment ordinances. Copies will be placed in the Fillmore City Office located at 75 West Center Street, Fillmore City, Utah, the Fillmore City Library located at 25 South 100 West, Fillmore, Utah. The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear public comment about the proposed impact fee analyses, the proposed impact fee enactment ordinances, and the updated capital facilities plans, and to consider approval and adoption of the foregoing by the City.
