NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Ephraim City ('City') hereby gives notice of the City's intent to dispose of approximately 4.94 acres of real property owned by the City (the 'Property'). The Property consists of a portion of Parcel S5924, which is located at approximately 535 West Mud Lane. The City will hold a public hearing prior to disposing of the Property. The public hearing will be held on February 15, 2023, at 6:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Council chambers in Ephraim City Hall, located at 5 South Main St., Ephraim, UT.
