On November 19, Rep. Curtis expressed his support for Utah's senior Senator Mike Lee, who has been appointed as the new chair of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee. Curtis stated: "I'm thrilled to see Utah's senior Senator Mike Lee, as the new chair of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee. With his leadership, I believe we can make significant strides in ensuring open access to our public lands, expanding energy opportunities..."

The following day, November 20, Rep. Curtis emphasized the importance of home ownership beyond just having a place to live. He introduced legislation aimed at enabling families to pool their resources more effectively for future investments: "Home ownership is more than just having a place to live—it’s about building roots in a community and creating a solid investment for the future."

On November 21, he announced the introduction of the SCAM Platform Act in response to increasingly sophisticated scam tactics targeting Americans.
